The Mortise Lock R/L PC-72 DM-55 is specially designed for use on wooden doors. Thanks to the nickel silver lacquered round faceplate, the lock not only looks sleek and modern, but is also easy to install on almost any door.
This lock is suitable for both right- and left-handed doors (DIN L/R) thanks to the reversible latch bolt. The closed lock case protects the internal mechanism from dirt and dust, significantly increasing durability.
A major advantage of this lock is that it is not only ideal as a temporary solution in the event of a defective multipoint lock in a wooden door, but also perfectly suitable as a permanent replacement. Many multipoint locks have the same dimensions (PC 72 and DM 55), allowing the customer to securely lock the door while waiting for a new multipoint lock—without leaving the door open.
